About · Methodology
One connected system, five moves.
Every engagement — regardless of which service pillar it starts in — runs through the same five-step methodology.
Every Dmedia engagement — regardless of which service pillar it starts in — runs through the same six-step process. It’s the same discipline whether the starting point is an SEO audit, an AI automation build, or a full website rebuild, because the underlying question is always the same: what does this business actually need to grow, and in what order should it be built?
1. Discover
Before any tactic gets proposed, we spend time understanding the business itself — the customers, the current tech stack, the team’s existing workflows, and what has and hasn’t worked before. This stage includes reviewing existing analytics, current site performance, CRM data quality and any prior marketing or automation efforts, so recommendations are grounded in what’s actually happening rather than a generic template.
2. Strategize
With the discovery findings in hand, we map the specific opportunities — a content gap, an automation bottleneck, a conversion leak, an AI use case with a clear payoff — and sequence them into a plan. This is where we decide what to build first, what depends on what, and which of the seven service pillars actually apply to this business (not every pillar is relevant to every client).
3. Build
Design and development work happens here: the website or landing pages, the content calendar, the campaign structure, the automation workflow, the video production plan. Build work is scoped against the strategy from step two, not treated as an isolated deliverable.
4. Activate
Campaigns launch, automations go live, content publishes, video distributes. Activation is deliberately kept as its own step because launching something and monitoring it closely in the first weeks is a different job than building it — early performance data shapes the next iteration.
5. Measure
We report against the client’s own baseline and the specific goals set in the strategy stage — not against an unverifiable industry claim. This is where the analytics and dashboards pillar does its real work: connecting the dots between traffic, leads, automation performance and revenue so the next decision is based on real numbers.
6. Optimize
Growth work doesn’t end at launch. We use the measurement stage’s findings to refine targeting, rework underperforming content, tune automation logic and reallocate budget — feeding back into Strategize for the next cycle rather than treating optimization as a one-time cleanup pass.
